CrediaBank: Merger with Evropi Holdings completed - Vrettou: We proceed to capitalize on synergies
Trading of CrediaBank's 212,257,200 new common shares issued under the merger also begins on Euronext Athens on November 2, 2026

CrediaBank announced the completion of its merger by absorption of Evropi Holdings. Upon completion of the transaction, Evropi Insurance and NAK Insurance Brokers join the CrediaBank Group, reinforcing its presence across general insurance and insurance brokerage. This integration creates opportunities for bundling banking and insurance services for individuals and businesses alike. For enterprises, these possibilities concern linking financing with specialized coverage for facilities, equipment, trade credit, and large commercial risks. For individuals, prospects emerge for broader access to insurance solutions through the Group's channels and network, driving bancassurance market expansion.

Evropi Insurance has operated in the Greek market since 1985, specializing in covering large commercial, industrial, and financial risks, as well as guarantee, transport, and major project insurance. NAK Insurance Brokers possesses expertise, among other areas, in credit insurance and maintains a portfolio exceeding 250 corporate clients. Trading of CrediaBank's 212,257,200 new common shares issued under the merger also begins on Euronext Athens on November 2, 2026, shaping Euronext Athens trading.

Eleni Vrettou, Chief Executive Officer of CrediaBank, stated: "The completion of the transaction with Evropi Holdings confirms our executive capability and the consistency with which we implement our strategic choices. Evropi adds specialized insurance expertise, experienced professionals, and new growth capabilities to the Group, allowing us to offer more comprehensive solutions to businesses and individuals. We proceed to capitalize on synergies, creating sustainable value for our customers and shareholders," impacting financial sector mergers.

Nikolaos Makropoulos, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Evropi Insurance, added: "Today closes a significant chapter in the history of Evropi Insurance, a Greek insurance company with a strong brand name historically characterized by continuous profitability, strong capital adequacy with one of the market's highest solvency ratios, and above all, prudent management and recognized executives who earned customer and partner trust through professionalism and dedication. Joining the CrediaBank Group creates new growth prospects and allows us to look to the future with optimism. Combining Evropi Insurance's expertise with CrediaBank's strength and momentum, we stand confident we will play a leading role in the Greek insurance market," defining Greek banking synergies.
