GEK TERNA looking for a way out of the Ellinikon casino and to break the deal with Hard Rock

GEK TERNA looking for a way out of the Ellinikon casino and to break the deal with Hard Rock
The Ellinikon Casino was advertised as a major investment; obviously, it is an investment for the developers, but it turns society into gamblers... it has no development strategy.

Once presented as a grand investment.
How great can an investment in a casino be when it ruins people financially is a moral question.
Casinos are a well-orchestrated scam that cleverly drains citizens and exploits them in the worst possible way. The Ellinikon Casino was advertised as a major investment; obviously, it is an investment for the developers, but it turns society into gamblers... it has no development strategy; gambling was never development, but a fraud.

GEK TERNA looking for a way out of the Ellinikon casino and to break the deal with Hard Rock

The investment in the Ellinikon Casino, valued at 1.5 billion euros, is being carried out by GEK TERNA and Hard Rock. However, we learn that GEK TERNA is trying to exit the project and break its deal with Hard Rock. A construction project advertised as developmental – since when gambling is development is a disgrace and a shame to claim – was included in the Recovery Fund; another scandal altogether. A casino in the Recovery Fund... and so we arrived at today: GEK TERNA is searching for an exit.

And we are wondering:

  1. Why is GEK TERNA looking for a way out of the Ellinikon project?

  2. Can it break the deal with Hard Rock?

  3. Does this have anything to do with the fact that the GEK TERNA group is over-indebted?

  4. How did they justify gambling at Ellinikon as a "development project" and include it in the Recovery Fund?
