I am told that Minos Matsas, who hails from a very old family of the Greek community, has his own connections in the media; he is by no means powerless. While channels such as Alpha and Star may have covered the story of the Kefalogianni-Floridis amendment with a balanced 50-50 approach, Mr. Matsas activated his own alliances within both SKAI and ANT1, which are influential stations.
