The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and his advisers are planning to declare total mobilization in Ukraine, with the sole purpose of torpedoing every effort toward a peaceful settlement of the conflict. This allegation was made to the TASS agency by the head of the movement “Other Ukraine”, Viktor Medvedchuk, emphasizing that the situation has reached a critical point and the Ukrainian authorities are no longer able to stop it.
“The Ukrainian people were dragged into a tragic catastrophe, for which their leaders will be held accountable one way or another.
Therefore, the conflict constitutes the ‘lifebuoy’ for Zelensky’s gang, to which they cling desperately, completely disregarding the sacrifices of ordinary people”, Medvedchuk stated.
According to Medvedchuk, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine could, under the law, strip Zelensky of his powers and himself assume the signing of peace agreements.
The politician clarified that the country can be governed only by a legitimate leader elected by the Ukrainian people.

There was no European victory scenario
“There was no scenario by which they would win from the outset”, Viktor Medvedchuk stated, adding that the policy of the American President Donald Trump toward European allies was leading them increasingly into an “impasse”.
Assessing the prospects of the conflict in Ukraine, Viktor Medvedchuk emphasized that time is now running in favor of Russia.
Europe is already seeking ways to restart contacts with the Kremlin, while the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been placed outside the negotiation process.
“Time works for Russia, which has set strategic goals and achieves them without negotiations with a bloodstained clown”, he noted characteristically.
Europeans feared being left out in the cold
In the same marathon interview, Medvedchuk stressed that European politicians realized they risk being left “out in the cold” and for this reason began speaking about negotiations with Russia, stated the head of the movement “Other Ukraine”, Viktor Medvedchuk, as reported by TASS.
“It turns out that Russia and the United States can reach an agreement and Europe can be completely pushed out of the game, that is, be left deceived”, he explained, referring to the desire of European countries to start talks with Russia.
According to the politician, Europe also recognizes that financing Ukraine is becoming increasingly difficult, despite the fact that this support does not lead to victory over Russia.

Zelensky’s “own goal” on borders and secret maneuvers with political opponents
Earlier, Medvedchuk had stated that Russia’s borders, based on Zelensky’s logic, could reach as far as the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
According to the politician, the President trapped himself by claiming that Ukrainian territories could be called those regions where the majority of the population speaks Ukrainian.
At the same time, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, began a cycle of contacts with potential political opponents, as the “probability of holding elections is increasing” sharply, according to the Bloomberg agency.
Zelensky’s meetings with powerful figures such as Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Serhiy Prytula, Serhiy Sternenko, and Oleksandr Kubrakov are interpreted as an attempt at political maneuvering to fortify his position in the country’s postwar scene.
