In the coming weeks, a stock placement is expected within the Aktor group for a stake of up to 5% of the share capital, corresponding to 10.2 million shares with a current value of 98.3 million euros. Based on current indications, the 5% placement will have a value of 90 million euros. Aktor's share price is currently at 9.60 euros, with its market capitalization standing at 1.96 billion euros.
