Overturn – Russia changes stance in negotiations, prepares shock attack on Kyiv – Trump to Zelensky: Forget the ceasefire
The masks of Kyiv have fallen and Russia is preparing sweeping retaliation at the heart of the Ukrainian regime

The Kyiv regime and its leader, Volodymyr Zelensky personally, committed a major strategic blunder, as the Ukrainian assassination attempt against Vladimir Putin in Novgorod is leading the Russians to a change of stance in negotiations and the preparation of harsh retaliation.
Given that the Russian leadership speaks of proportional but unprecedented retaliation against Ukraine, one can reasonably imagine that Kyiv and the presidential complex on Bankova will naturally be placed in Moscow’s crosshairs.
Indeed, the relevant fear was expressed by the unconstitutional president of Ukraine himself, who spoke of an impending strike on the Ukrainian capital, while at the same time avoiding taking responsibility for the attack on Vladimir Putin’s residence with 91 drones.
At the same time, the American president Donald Trump, in communication with his Russian counterpart, stated that he was shocked and furious by the Ukrainian attack, saying. “thank God we did not give them Tomahawk.”
Earlier, he had made it clear to Zelensky that the United States rejects solutions of temporary ceasefire that would allow the Ukrainian army to regroup and open a new war against Moscow with renewed strength.
In this context, the data in the negotiations for resolving the Ukrainian crisis are changing drastically, as emphasized by Putin’s adviser Yuri Ushakov, since the Ukrainian leadership is now being treated by all sides as a quasi terrorist organization.
The masks of Kyiv have fallen and Russia is preparing sweeping retaliation at the heart of the Ukrainian regime.

Russia: We will not leave terrorism unanswered – Crushing retaliation is coming

The terrorist actions of Kyiv will not go unanswered, Putin told Trump in an emergency telephone communication that the two men had at midday on Monday 29/12, according to the adviser and negotiator of the Russian president, Yuri Ushakov, following the Ukrainian attacks on the Russian presidential residence with 91 drones.
Indeed, US President Donald Trump appears to have been “enraged” by Ukraine’s attempt to attack the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Novorogrod.
This was announced in a briefing by Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
“The US President was shocked by this report (that is, the attack on Putin’s residence), literally enraged, saying that he could not even imagine such crazy actions (that is, by Ukraine)”, he said.
According to Russia Today, Trump is reported to have said. “thank God we did not give Zelensky the Tomahawk missiles.”
Meanwhile, the adviser to the Russian president revealed some additional details of the Trump – Putin telephone conversation.
Specifically, he said that the attack on Putin’s residence took place “immediately” after the Zelensky – Trump talks and that the attack will affect Washington – Kyiv relations.
The American side even advised Zelensky “not to even try” a temporary ceasefire in order to regroup his army.

Zelensky in panic, trembles at ruthless retaliation against Ukraine: “The Russians will strike government buildings in Kyiv”

Diplomatic efforts to achieve peace between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine are now on the brink of total collapse, as the unconstitutional president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, warned of Russian strikes on Kyiv, in the aftermath of the earlier Ukrainian attack against Putin in Novogord.

In a dramatic statement, Volodymyr Zelensky warns of the possibility of a massive Russian strike against the Ukrainian capital, as Moscow hardens its stance after the assassination attempt against Putin and openly threatens retaliation.
The Ukrainian President, referring to recent statements by Vladimir Putin, stressed the immediate danger facing Kyiv.
“A strike on the capital is possible. Especially from the moment when this person, if one can even call him a human, stated that they will choose ‘appropriate targets’, which means they are issuing threats.”
Volodymyr Zelensky called on the international community and the American leadership to intervene immediately, questioning the sincerity of Russian intentions to end the conflict.
“I believe that today, President Donald Trump, his team, and the Europeans must get involved and carry out the necessary work with those people who only yesterday were saying that they truly want to end the war,” the Ukrainian leader emphasized.

Shock and anger from Trump: Thank God that I did not send the Tomahawks to the crazy Ukrainians

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump appeared shocked and enraged when he learned of the attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack the residence of Russian leader Vladimir Putin in the Novgorod region, as reported by Yuri Ushakov, adviser to the Russian president for international affairs, according to Tass.
Donald Trump noted that he could not even imagine that Ukraine would proceed with “such crazy actions”.
At the same time, the American president stated that he was relieved that the United States did not send the long range Tomahawk missiles to the Kyiv regime.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Ukraine attempted to strike the Russian presidential residence in Novgorod.
He clarified that all drones were destroyed, while adding pointedly that Moscow’s negotiating position will be fully reassessed, given Kyiv’s turn toward a policy of state terrorism.
This development appears to undermine the climate in contacts between Washington and Moscow, as the Russian side is now using harsh language, casting doubt on the continuation of peace talks.

United States to Zelensky: “Do not even think about the solution of a temporary ceasefire”

The United States advised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “not to even think” about trying to gain breathing space from the front through a temporary ceasefire, revealed Yuri Ushakov, adviser to the Russian leader for international affairs, to Tass.
On 29 December, Donald Trump told Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a telephone conversation, that in the meeting with Zelensky on 28 December, the American side “directly promoted the idea of the need for Kyiv to take real steps toward a final settlement of the conflict and not hide behind requests for a temporary ceasefire”, Yuri Ushakov noted.
Zelensky was advised not to even try to secure a respite for his armed forces, but to focus on achieving a comprehensive agreement that would lead to the real end of the armed conflict,” Yuri Ushakov emphasized.
Donald Trump also spoke with Vladimir Putin about some of the results achieved by Zelensky’s team, which, in the view of the Kremlin, leave Kyiv “room for various interpretations in order to avoid fulfilling its obligations”.
Yuri Ushakov further noted that Donald Trump was enraged by Ukraine’s attempt to attack the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Valdai.

Lavrov bombshell: The attempt against Putin will be answered with unprecedented severity by Russia

Russia has identified the targets and the timing for a retaliatory strike following the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the residence of President Vladimir Putin, announced Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, according to the Tass agency.
“The targets for the retaliatory strikes and the time of their implementation by the Russian Armed Forces have been determined,” said the head of the foreign ministry.
Sergey Lavrov added that there were no reports of casualties or damage as a result of the attack.
Earlier, Sergey Lavrov had stated that Kyiv attempted to attack the Russian presidential residence in the Novgorod region.
According to the head of Russian diplomacy, all unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed.
He added that Moscow’s negotiating position will be reassessed, given Kyiv’s turn toward a policy of state terrorism.

Ruthless Zelensky – Contacted European leaders after the assassination attempt against Putin in Novgorod

However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky conducted a series of telephone communications with leaders of the European Union, following reports of the attack on the Russian presidential residence in the Novgorod region.
He informed about these contacts through his channel on Telegram.
The first call of the Ukrainian leader was to German Chancellor Friedrich Merz.
Zelensky thanked his German counterpart “for his advice”, while at the same time refusing to take responsibility for the attempted strike in the Novgorod region.
Subsequently, Zelensky called the President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, whom he thanked for his support of Kyiv that began in 2022.
The Ukrainian head of state also invited his counterpart to visit Ukraine.
Finally, Volodymyr Zelensky contacted Finnish President Alexander Stubb.
During the conversation, the Ukrainian leader announced preparations for meetings in Europe.

Zakharova warned Ukraine with ruthless punishment – “Zelensky is a liar”

Volodymyr Zelensky is lying and the Kyiv regime will be held accountable for its crimes, responded subsequently the spokeswoman of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, commenting on the attack against the state residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Maria Zakharova, through her channel on Telegram, drew attention to media publications stating that “Zelensky called Lavrov’s statement about a strike on Putin’s residence a lie”.
Zelensky’s statements about Bucha are lies. Zelensky’s statements about children abducted by Russia are lies. Zelensky’s statements about Russia’s unwillingness to negotiate are lies. But Lavrov’s words are the truth, and the Kyiv regime will be held accountable for these crimes,” the Russian diplomat noted.
