Ukrainian carnage: death toll hits 2.4 million as Russian forces sweep through Donbass and Putin outlines terms for victory
Vladimir Putin clearly described under what conditions Russia will accept the end of the war in Ukraine, but in the West they once again read and interpreted his statements... incorrectly.

The Ukrainian crisis is entering a new, extremely critical and dangerous period... despite the fact that Moscow and Kyiv refer to peace initiatives.

While the Russian army is "sweeping" through Ukrainian defenses in Donbass, having reached the two "strongholds" of the Ukrainians - Slavyansk and Kramatorsk -, information reveals that the USA is behind the massive Ukrainian attacks deep inside Russian territory, in Crimea but also in... Moscow... at the same time it is reported that in Belarus an alarm has been sounded and there is mobilization due to the threats of the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky.

This is a development that simply confirms that the Alaska agreement, reached by Presidents Putin and Trump in August 2025, is now... past.

Already Putin referred to Russia's terms for the end of the war, with analysts pointing out that... "the jokes are over"...

On the front, the situation is desperate for Kyiv, as information leaked by hackers states that Ukraine already counts 2.4 million dead soldiers..., of whom 400,000 were killed since the beginning of 2026...

The dead are shocking

In the 4.5 years of the "special military operation", Ukraine lost 2.4 million soldiers both on the line of contact and in the rear.

Of these, 400,000 were lost since the beginning of 2026.

The data was leaked by hackers after a massive breach of databases of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, conscription offices, Ukrainian medical organizations, and morgues, and was compiled into a single report.

As reported by the Telegram channel Frontovaya ptichka, by August 2025 the number of neutralized fighters had reached 1.7 million, while in December it exceeded 2 million. The breach of the Ukrainian bases was carried out by the hacker PalachPro and the group NoName057.

These are the same ones who integrated artificial intelligence into 50,000 surveillance cameras in the territory of Ukraine and the EU, thanks to which, as claimed, we can monitor strikes during long-range operations in real time.

In 6 months they lost as many as in all of 2023

Within six months of 2026, the Ukrainian armed forces lost as many as they had lost in the whole of 2023 — approximately 400,000 people.

The highest number of deaths is recorded in the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Zaporizhia, and Kupiansk directions — in each of them, losses average 500 Ukrainian fighters per day.

Most losses occur in the 72nd and 110th mechanized brigades, the airborne assault brigades, and the territorial defense forces.

They do not record the losses of mercenaries

At the same time, the death toll of foreign mercenaries has reportedly not been updated in recent years.

As reported, they stopped being recorded in the losses and are now attributed to an "accident".

"The Ukrainian crisis has entered the final stage of the 'play'.

There is good news and bad news.

The good news is that 12 to 20 months remain until its completion.

The bad news is that this will be the most terrifying period in terms of extermination and destruction," points out the Telegram channel Legitimny, which calls on Ukrainian citizens to evacuate toward the west of the country.

The cemeteries... cannot hold them

The channel Zhenshchina s Kosoy, which is close to the presidency of Ukraine, claims that Zelensky's efforts to present the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces as insignificant are crashing against reality.

And specifically, they are crashing... against the number and size of cemeteries throughout Ukraine, which continue to mushroom, especially in the western part of the country.

In the northern cemetery of Kyiv, there are no more vacant spots.

In Odesa, at the Novo-Gorodskoye cemetery, the burial of civilians is now prohibited — the spots are reserved for the military.

And the exact same situation is observed in every region.

The French newspaper Le Monde writes that the authorities are forced to open new cemeteries because the old ones are full.

They are building graves everywhere

As reported, near Kyiv, in the village of Markhalivka, the construction of a National Military Memorial Cemetery has begun.

Initially, it was designed for 6,000 spots.

Now it is planned to expand to 130,000-160,000 burials.

In addition, a swampy area was chosen, where according to the law, burial was previously prohibited.

But the lawmakers quickly changed the law to make the construction possible.

For this year, 3.6 billion hryvnia have been allocated from the budget.

Another new cemetery was decided to be created near the village of Novoselytsia, not far from Sumy.

Over 13 million hryvnia were allocated from the regional budget.

The works must be completed by the end of 2026. Soldiers who could not be identified will be buried there.

In Lviv, on April 24, the acquisition of land plots outside the village of Lysynychi was approved for the creation of a large municipal military cemetery, as there is no longer room for new graves in the Field of Mars.

The impression is created that Ukraine is gradually turning into a... territory of graves.

Mobilization in Belarus, Ukrainians evacuate Chernihiv

And while the Ukrainians are in a state of... collapse, in Belarus President Lukashenko started mobilization exercises...

According to the channel Militarista, which is reportedly linked to the special services of Belarus, for four days now, reservists are being called up en masse to conscription offices to check and update their data.

"Specifically, in the Grodno region, since June 20 reservists are being called up en masse to assembly points for cross-checking and updating their data," points out Militarista.

In addition, in Ukraine, a mandatory evacuation of border villages in the Chernihiv region was announced.

In the north, the region borders the Russian Bryansk region and the Gomel region of Belarus.

All this is happening not only against the backdrop of Zelensky's ultimatum to Alexander Lukashenko and threats of attacks on border refineries in case of refusal, but also in the context of Lukashenko's long absence from the country.

Lukashenko – Putin meeting

On June 23, the Telegram channel Pul pervogo, which is considered close to the press service of the President of Belarus, reported that Lukashenko heralded an upcoming "long professional mission" and a meeting with the President of Russia.

The Kremlin announced the upcoming meeting of the leaders of the Union State.

The topic of the meeting is the "absolutely aggressive threat" against Minsk from Kyiv.

The Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, stated that, if necessary, we are ready to take the entire set of measures provided for by the treaty, so as to ensure the security of our ally and, of course, the security of the Union State.

An interesting element is that on June 24, Zelensky stated that the repeaters which, as he claims, were used to correct strikes against Ukraine from the territory of Belarus stopped operating.

Terrible tension with Poland

At the same time, against the backdrop of the escalating conflict between Kyiv and Warsaw, the President of Poland, Karoll Nawrocki, openly stated that Volhynia is part of Poland.

Shortly after, the authorities, through the local media, essentially began to prepare public opinion, mobilizing it against the Ukrainians.

Myśl Polska writes: "We must prepare for aggression from Ukraine.

It poses a greater danger to us than Russia, which is why it is necessary to prepare for a military conflict against Ukraine."

And the Polish MP Janusz Kowalski demands the immediate deportation of all Ukrainians from Poland, stating that "the time has come."

Psychological warfare from Ukraine

At the same time, the psychological warfare that Ukraine has been conducting for months is in full swing, and as revealed, the USA is behind it.

The ongoing strikes on Russian refineries, the attempts at a transport blockade of Crimea, the recent G7 ultimatum, but also Trump's shift from the "spirit" of Anchorage are indicative of the pressure being exerted on Russia.

In fact, many Western media outlets report that because of this pressure, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, decided to claim that he is ready to return to peace negotiations...

8_327.jpg

They read Putin wrong

This is a completely incorrect "reading" of the statements of the Russian President.

Putin said the following: "Russia is ready for peace negotiations with Ukraine, taking into account the agreements reached in Istanbul in the spring of 2022, the parameters discussed in Anchorage, as well as today's realities on the ground."

But what does this statement by the Russian President mean.

What happened in Istanbul

In April 2022, in the Istanbul negotiations (from which Ukraine ultimately withdrew following instructions from its sponsors), the final provisions of a possible peace agreement included the following:

1) permanent neutrality, non-aligned and non-nuclear status of Ukraine; non-membership in any military alliance (including NATO); absence of foreign military installations and foreign military forces on the territory of the country;

2) clear and strict restrictions on the number and armament of the Ukrainian army;

3) restoration of the official status of the Russian language, protection of the rights of national minorities;

4) prohibition of Nazi propaganda.

What the spirit of Alaska said

Regarding what was agreed between Putin and Trump in Anchorage, Alaska, in August 2025, these also speak of a neutral and non-aligned status for Ukraine (in the Constitution), of guarantees of non-entry into NATO and other military alliances, the same for foreign military bases and foreign troops, of demilitarization (military restrictions), of the protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking population, and of the official status of the Russian language.

The restriction of Western military aid was also added.

The withdrawal of the Ukrainian armed forces from the territories they still control was also added, full Russian control over the entire Donbass, while Crimea and all other new regions are officially established as Russian and their status will no longer be questioned.

Plus the lifting of sanctions against Russia and various guarantees.

Particularly, specifically and for the most talented, it was emphasized that "without a solution to the territorial issue with this formula, long-term peace cannot exist."

The reality on the ground

Here things are a bit more complicated.

Putin claimed that "the strikes of the Ukrainian armed forces against Russia are not able to affect the situation on the front, where Russian forces are liberating one settlement after another."

The same was confirmed by the Kremlin, where they stated that "the Russian army is advancing across the entire front and soon the situation for Kyiv will become irreversible."

The Russian units in the area of the SlavyanskKramatorsk urban agglomeration have literally broken out of all control.

Russian analysts claim that if this defense line falls as well, then up to the Dnipro there is nothing to stop the Russian army.

In fact, it is reported that the Russians are trapping the Ukrainians from multiple directions and that a mass evacuation has already begun in Kramatorsk.?

The decisive battle in Donbass

As the Italian media outlet L’AntiDiplomatico wrote yesterday, "the battle for Donbass is entering its decisive phase," while the liberation of Slavyansk and Kramatorsk "can open one of the most decisive chapters of the entire conflict — with consequences affecting the entire military balance in eastern Ukraine."

Putin said it recently too: "The situation on the battlefield is evolving in such a way that it gives us the right to say that the case is approaching its completion."
