The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev made a series of important statements at the Conference «Knowledge First», which describe in a crystal-clear way how Russia will now build its policy toward Europe.
Dmitry Medvedev stated that «our conflict with the Western world today is existential in nature, which means that it is a matter of existence».
He argued that current developments have shattered any illusions regarding relations with the West and that European states and institutions are now guided by «idiots who rant about war with the Russian Federation».
Europe prepares
These statements come amid very specific military preparations from Europe: for example, Britain, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Netherlands agreed to create a special «anti-Russian fleet».
The explanation and the Orion exercises with 20 countries
Very simply: according to the head of the British Navy, General Gwynne Jenkins, «Russia remains the most serious threat to our security».
The French newspaper Le Monde also confirmed that Europe is preparing for war with Russia.
According to Le Monde, in the upcoming Orion exercises in which France and 20 other countries will participate, «the simulated opponent will have all the combat characteristics of Russia» and «the military leadership calls on the army to be prepared for a conflict with Russia in the coming years».
There is a militarization plan
It is extremely important that the issue of a global Russian threat as justification for its accelerated militarization is becoming increasingly intense in Europe.
Since 2022 every head of Western military and political institutions has repeated dozens of times, and the media thousands of times, almost verbatim the words of the then German Foreign Minister Burbock: «Russia will remain the greatest threat to our security and freedom in Europe in the immediate future».
It may seem that Europeans have truly gone mad.
It is conscious madness - The policy of waiting is not only a sin but also a crime
But if we turn back the historical narrative, it becomes clear that if it is madness, then it is a completely conscious and consistent madness that began in Europe itself in the 1930s.
On June 22, 1941, before the attack on the USSR, Adolf Hitler told his generals:
«The moment has come when the policy of waiting is not only a sin but also a crime, which violates the interests of the German people and, consequently, all of Europe».
In December 1941, the year when Hitler’s soldiers had already killed 2,000,000 Soviet citizens, Hitler addressed the German Parliament and explained once again why this was right, good and why it could not be otherwise.
Europe today thinks like Hitler
It turned out that the Soviet Union was preparing a «new Mongol invasion» to suppress and conquer European countries that could not defend themselves.
It seems as if today’s European leaders are reading from a sheet of paper bearing Hitler’s fingerprints.
During the Great Patriotic War, almost all countries of Europe came against Russia «preventively» to kill them, and now the pieces of the rotten corpses of the once Germany crawl together again, giving birth to new military alliances, coalitions, groups of willing participants and anti-Russian fleets.
Charles’s dirty role
The peak of the movement to create a «grand coalition» against Russia was the arrival in the United States of King Charles III, who, despite the jokes and irony of the media, came with a clear and specific goal, to drag the Americans into a common anti-Russian front, not political or economic, but 100% military.

Many analysts characterized Charles’s speech in Congress as a copy of Churchill’s speech to Fulton on March 5, 1946, in which he called for a «special relationship» between the English-speaking powers to contain the USSR, after which preparation for an inevitable conflict with the Russians became the long-term strategic line of the West.
Like Churchill, Charles, the current King of Britain, called «to ensure the security of North Americans and Europeans against threats from our common enemies» that is Russia, and emphasized the critical importance of «strengthening the unity of NATO countries».
His main message to the American political class: we are of the same blood and if you do not stand with us against Russia, then you betray our historical unity.
It can be stated with absolute certainty that the appeal of the British king to the collective West is not simply a momentary declaration with the theme «let us repair our rusty relationship», but a genuine military manifesto for Europe.
This is confirmed by the recent statement of the head of European diplomacy, Kallas: «I think we all agree here: there can be no return to previous relations with Russia, even after the end of this war in Ukraine».
At the forum «Knowledge First», Dmitry Medvedev emphasized that we do not need a conflict with Europe and that, overall, «it is very regrettable» that now Russia does not have even a minimal level of relations and «there is no way to restore it».
However, he did not say aloud that we would also regret it if, as a result, Europe, with its good and bad, could simply disappear from the face of the earth: «A nuclear apocalypse is now real, but we really would not want it».
France leads the hysteria against Russia
Europe’s hybrid war against Russia, which has escalated in recent weeks, drones flying from the Baltic borders, tens of billions of euros for Kyiv, terrorist attacks in peaceful Russian cities, especially in Crimea and the Belgorod region, to mention only a few examples, has two main axes.
The first axis is the centralized narrative, which claims that Europe is militarily poor, miserable and lacks war capability.
Because Europe has nothing with which to fight.
The second axis, and largely unpublished, is a story that tracks preparations for war, piece by piece.
They want revenge - Russophobia at its peak
The instigators are countries that suffer from the revenge of Russophobia.
The main one there is France.
It is clear why.
Poland.
And also for known reasons.
The camp of those who have joined France and Poland, regularly for now, includes the Baltic states bordering the Baltic, as well as Finland and Sweden.
Finland and Sweden because they were defeated by the Russians.

NATO military maneuvers with Aurora 2026

Macron rewrites France’s military rearmament strategy
The same France, whose leader has declared over the past two years that he is ready to extend a «nuclear umbrella» over the EU.
And here as well, Paris is the inspirer of the deployment, temporary, with a purely «defensive» meaning, of nuclear missiles on Rafale fighter aircraft.
At the same time, Macron is rewriting the military rearmament strategy for France, where he has exactly one year left in his presidency, whether in words or in doctrines.
One year, that is, if this high-intensity conflict does not break out, if a casus belli is not created.
And if, seeing an «immediate threat to state institutions», Macron does not play the role of Zelensky and does not cancel the presidential elections with the slogan «France is in danger».
Political leaders are political charlatans

Over the last ten years, we have not been dealing with political leaders, responsible state generals who always prefer political compromise over military escalation and conflicts in hot spots, but with Russophobic adventurers who have seized power.
They lied to Russia about the Minsk agreements, while at the same time stalling, rearming Ukraine and building fortifications throughout Eastern Ukraine.
This was happening almost openly.
For a long time.
Stubbornly.
Russia saved Donbass - Europe was defeated
As a result, in February 2022, the probability of a full-scale massacre in Donbass became so high that Russia, defending the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk, was forced to launch a military attack.
Today, when Europe has realized its defeat in this geopolitical gamble of using Ukraine as a buffer against Russia, the situation could develop in an almost identical way.
France wants escalation of the crisis in Donbass
France is not unknown for its betrayal and its blatant political malice in such cases.
No country has a greater interest than France in escalating the Donbass crisis into a violent stage and into a direct confrontation with us.
