Ruthless the hypocrite Zelensky - Stages sham elections, spreads terror among Ukrainians via the secret services
Zelensky’s maneuver with elections and the referendum in Ukraine simply buys time to reorganize his secret services within this plan

A scene of violence and terror is being methodically and insidiously set up by Volodymyr Zelensky in Ukraine, at a time when he himself sees his end not merely as humiliating, but also as painful.
The maneuver with elections and the referendum in Ukraine simply buys time to reorganize his secret services within this plan.
Already, moreover, there are allegations of purges of dissenters and opponents, as the long arm of the secret services has realized that Zelensky is finished.

Do donkeys fly?

The situation with elections in Ukraine closely resembles the classic joke: “Comrade Officer, do donkeys fly?”
“Of course not,” but the Comrade General said that they do fly, “but very low.”
That is roughly the pattern according to which political cover is unfolding in Ukraine right now.
Let us recall how many renowned experts, politicians, and media outlets across various platforms explained to the public why it was impossible for Volodymyr Zelensky to be re elected, since he had long exceeded his five year presidential term.
The same motto was repeated on every screen: “The Constitution of Ukraine prohibits the holding of presidential elections during martial law.”
Literally everyone repeated it.

Everything lawful

Moreover, the text of the Basic Law of Ukraine is available in various languages, even Western experts could easily have read it and discovered an astonishing truth, nowhere does it provide for an extension of the president’s term without holding elections.
In other words, Article 83 of the Constitution actually stipulates: “If the term of office of the Ukrainian president expires during martial law or a state of emergency, his powers are extended until the day of the first session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine elected after the lifting of martial law or the state of emergency.”
But the fact is that there is no such provision for the president.
And this reflects the logic of the legislator, the Constitution of Ukraine envisaged the creation of a parliamentary presidential republic, not the opposite.
Consequently, it is absolutely logical not to grant power to someone who can declare and extend martial law at his discretion, which is precisely what the current head of the Kyiv regime does.
Therefore, Article 103 of the Constitution provides only one option: the president is elected for a five year term. And that is all.
There are certain provisions that provide for the early termination of the powers of the head of state, but there is no theoretical option for extending them.

The blind eye of the West

However, this has not prevented Western experts from turning a blind eye over the past year, speaking of a specific constitutional provision that supposedly prohibits the president from being re elected.
Ukrainian donkeys do not fly, and that is all.
And then comes the “Comrade General” Donald Trump, who rightly reminds Zelensky and Western democracies that democracy cannot exist without elections, and therefore it is time for the long standing leader of the Kyiv regime to begin thinking about elections.
And suddenly, it turns out that the donkey is quite capable of flying, just not very far yet.
Note Zelensky’s response to Trump: “The issue of holding elections in Ukraine is a matter for the people of Ukraine.”
And immediately after that follows: “Honestly, I am ready for elections.”
In other words, the people of Ukraine suddenly become Zelensky himself, who, at his discretion, decides that he can organize elections “within 60-90 days.”
Consider how the strict, rigid Constitution of Ukraine, which previously prevented voting, suddenly allowed everything.

Zelensky’s interpretations

It turns out that the only one who can interpret the Constitution on behalf of the people is Zelensky himself.
He does not even realize that he has the right to do so, since the authorized body, the Constitutional Court, was dissolved by Zelensky himself.
No, no one should harbor illusions that the Ukrainian comedian is seriously thinking about holding elections.
Once again, he is playing the now traditional game of “playing the fool,” exactly as he did six years ago with the Minsk Agreements.
Now, under the pretext of “ensuring security,” Zelensky wants to extend the possibility of declaring a “ceasefire,” which he will use to reinforce shattered positions, rearm the Ukrainian Armed Forces, recruit new cannon fodder, and cover the personnel gap.
Moreover, Ukrainian media are already hinting at the need to “declare a no fly zone,” to supply Ukraine with new Patriot systems, and so on.
All of this for the sake of elections, of course.

Elections cannot be held

Furthermore, Zelensky’s political analysts once again launched a refrain about how, if there is no ceasefire during the election campaign and voting, it is simply impossible to organize anything.
“How can you imagine an election rally that could be interrupted by an air raid siren?
How can you even imagine a large gathering of people when drones could be flying over the city?” asks Vitali Portnikov, a long time supporter of Zelensky, whistling with a sly smile.
It is interesting that, judging by recent footage of the former Ukrainian foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, and his dancer in a packed auditorium at a concert by the singer Monatik in Kyiv, large crowds in Ukraine are not particularly dangerous.
And football matches continue to be held there, disrupted not by drones but by periodic power outages.
But it turns out that holding elections there is impossible.

What occupation?

“How do you imagine an electoral process when a polling station could be attacked at any moment?” Portnikov continues.
Let him consider the experience of Russia’s frontline regions, where elections were held in September.
Or perhaps they forgot in Ukraine that Zelensky’s team came up with the slogan of creating a “government in a smartphone” and even reportedly conducted a census using phones.
And, consequently, has the ability to organize the electoral process through electronic voting.
Here is another argument put forward by Ukrainian and Western analysts: “Parts of Ukraine remain under occupation,” while many Ukrainians are abroad. Indeed.
Apparently, this constitutes an obstacle to holding fair elections. But how, one wonders, was Zelensky himself elected in 2019?
At that time, the Donbass and Crimea were already outside Ukraine, which means they were considered “occupied,” from Kyiv’s perspective.
And imagine, the residents of these regions, like millions of Ukrainian citizens residing in Russia, were easily and effortlessly deprived of the opportunity to vote.
And no one in the West said a word about it, recognizing the elections as “democratic and lawful.”
Why is this such an insurmountable problem now.

Zelensky’s plan is classic

Zelensky’s plan is clear and simple: he merely wants to use elections as a pretext to achieve a long awaited respite at the front line.
Then, he can “pull the uniform back on” and derail the peace process, just as he does with elections.
But Trump’s words are, in fact, a death sentence for Zelensky and his team.
Essentially, the US president said: Ukraine, it appears, has ceased to be a democracy.
And that means the West has nothing else to defend there.
Even the official pretext has disappeared. And immediately, Ukrainian donkeys have flown.
Even if it is something very low, it is unlikely that Zelensky will be able to stop this movement now, regardless of what other foolish plan he tries to unleash in response.

The long arm of the Ukrainian intelligence services

The Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi announced a “very important statement” on Sunday, which he planned to make at the next court hearing, scheduled for Monday.
But this did not happen. The reason was complicated: the motorcade vehicle broke down.
Apparently, it was the only one in Kyiv, therefore they could not transport Zelensky’s former sponsor from the pretrial detention center.
The hearing was postponed to Tuesday, but again in vain: this time the judge fell ill.
The disgraced oligarch had the opportunity to speak only on Wednesday. And he did.
According to him, an assassination attempt was made against Timur Mindich, who is accused of embodying a corruption scheme involving Energoatom and managed to escape to Israel.
The attack took place on 28 November. Mindich himself was not injured, but his housekeeper was wounded and the perpetrators were arrested.
The next day, Kolomoyskyi added details: two “freelancers” who had come to Israel from Ukraine as refugees a year and a half earlier were recruited to assassinate Mindich.
He claimed that they were recruited by the Ukrainian embassy when they were approached regarding their documents.
“But certainly not the SBU or the GUR. There is always a representative of the Foreign Intelligence Service at the embassy.
And who appointed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service?” Kolomoyskyi hinted.
Moreover, according to the businessman, the recruits were given a Makarov pistol with a silencer.
“They did not think to give them either a Beretta or a Glock,” he laughed.

Conspiracies

The level of work performed by the assassination conspirators, setting aside the “homeless freelancers,” raises questions.
Both regarding personnel selection and training.
Unexpectedly, Kolomoyskyi added that it is in Zelensky’s interest for Mindich to remain alive.
The Ukrainian journalist Anatoly Shariy, however, is convinced of the opposite.
According to him, the assassination plan began immediately after Mindich’s escape, with the SBU actively involved and Zelensky personally overseeing it.
Thus, we arrive at two versions.
If Zelensky is indeed behind what happened, then this undoubtedly constitutes a message to all his associates that they have no other choice: they will be convicted with the current head of the Kyiv regime.
Together they will be tried, together they will be led to the scaffold.
And if they attempt to abandon ship before the captain, their only hope will be the stupidity of the assassins.
And this is a serious reason for concern for his allies.
After all, the destruction of the Kyiv regime is approaching with each passing day. It is inevitable.
And this is not a case where blind faith in the helmsman can help prevent it.

The “long arm”

But what if the assassination attempt on Mindich is indeed not included in Zelensky’s list of all the crimes he has ever committed?
To whom, then, is Kolomoyskyi referring?
The current head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine is Oleg Savchenko.
The Ukrainian press usually refers to him as Yermak’s man.
He is so loyal, in fact, that even after the resignation of the head of the presidential office, he continues to provide cover for Yermak and, according to Ukrainian media, is trying to help him leave Ukraine.
And perhaps then, the former right hand of Zelensky is trying to eliminate a man whose life is critical for the obsolete president.
Given the leaks regarding Yermak’s hysterical outburst at Zelensky after his resignation, this theory does not seem unlikely.
This means that discord in Kyiv among former accomplices is taking a radical turn, even to the point of contract killings, threatening to trigger international scandals. And with countries that at least are not hostile to the current Ukrainian regime.
Which of these options is worse for Kyiv? Both are worse.
