Zero hour for the entire planet - Rutte: NATO-Russia Council dissolved - Medvedev: You will surrender or be destroyed

Unprecedented escalation from the West - Rutte: We are dissolving the NATO-Russia Council, the 1997 Founding Act is abolished.

The entire planet is heading towards an uncontrolled, unprecedented, and large-scale conflict after the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's decision to dissolve the NATO-Russia Council, which was the sole remaining channel of communication between the West and Moscow.

The relevant proposal was put forth by the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Alliance, Mark Rutte, and was endorsed by the NATO Foreign Ministers. Moscow reacted instantly to the dissolution of the Council—even though it had institutionally faded in its substantive function—with the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, broadcasting a terrifying message to the entire collective West: "You will surrender or be destroyed."

Unprecedented escalation - Rutte: We are dissolving the NATO-Russia Council - The 1997 Founding Act is abolished

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte informed the Alliance's foreign ministers about the decision to dissolve the NATO-Russia Council, as announced by Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski after the NATO ministers' meeting in Brussels, according to Wiadomości.
"Among the official decisions, please note the Secretary General's statement that the NATO-Russia Council no longer exists. And the NATO-Russia Founding Act no longer exists," Sikorski said at a press conference.
It is noted that on December 2, before his meeting with the American delegation in the Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about the successes of the Russian military on the front and stated that Russia does not wish to, but is ready to fight Europe if it "suddenly wants to."
However, NATO expressed doubts about this possibility and stressed that the North Atlantic Alliance was "more united than ever" on the issue of protecting its allies.

Extreme escalation before the big bang: NATO cancels the only channel of diplomacy with Russia

It is recalled that the NATO-Russia Founding Act was signed in 1997, by which the United States and Russia affirmed their non-hostile views and established a consultation mechanism.
In 2002, the NATO-Russia Council was established, which served as a mechanism for Western consultations with Russia on security matters. However, in 2021, Russia suspended the operation of its Permanent Mission to NATO in Brussels and closed its offices in Moscow.
Earlier, Russian diplomacy spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that NATO had resorted to intimidation because it failed to disrupt contacts for a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.

Harsh response from Moscow: You will surrender

Moscow responded with particular severity to the North Atlantic Alliance's decision to dissolve the NATO-Russia Council, characterizing the Alliance as an "enemy" and sending a clear message about decisively dealing with its adversaries.
The individual in question is the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, who responded fiercely to Rutte's pre-announcement, writing on X:
"NATO joyfully announced the abolition of the Russia-NATO Council. I must confess, I share their enthusiasm. NATO is our enemy. What 'council' are we talking about, anyway? There is only one way to deal with enemies. As Gorky put it: 'If the enemy does not surrender, he is destroyed.'"

Putin's nuclear message that shocked NATO and the EU

Russian President Vladimir Putin himself had sent his own clear and unambiguous message to the warmongering and irresponsible European leaderships a few days prior. Speaking with journalist Pavel Zarubin, Putin stated frankly that if Europe desires war with Russia, the latter is ready for any scenario:
"If Europe suddenly wants to start a war against us and indeed does so, then a situation could very quickly arise in which we will have no one left to negotiate with," the Russian President said, obviously hinting that in case of war, there will be the use of nuclear weapons!
Furthermore, answering journalists' questions, Putin noted that Russia never intended, and has no intention, of declaring war on Europe, something the Russian government regularly reiterates.

"We will not start a war, but if Europe ignites it, it will be destroyed"

However, he stressed that if Europe were to suddenly start a war, there is no doubt about Russia's readiness "at this moment":
"We are not going to fight Europe, I have said it a hundred times. But if Europe suddenly wants to fight us and starts it, we are ready at this moment," the Russian leader stated. "There is no doubt about that."
At the same time, Putin reminded that it was Europe that moved away from Russia and not the other way around:
"No one drove the Europeans out of Russia; they moved away on their own," he stressed. The Russian leader noted that Europe has adopted the position of Russia's "strategic defeat" and lives with these illusions.

"We will have no one to negotiate with"

Now the most important part: Putin's next words.
"If Europe starts a war with us, a situation may very quickly arise where there will be no one to negotiate with."
That is, for the umpteenth time, according to the words of the Russian president, Moscow will act exclusively in response.
But the question arises—why "will there be no one to negotiate with"?
First, let us recall some facts about the classification of wars and their possible nature.
On a large scale, a war in the European theater of operations will inevitably become global, and its characteristic will be the massive use of all types of weapons, including nuclear weapons.

Nuclear war

It is, in any case, necessary to remember the general characteristics of a major war involving the use of nuclear weapons:

  • absolute determination in goals and means of conduct

  • unlimited use of all weapons of mass destruction, mainly strategic nuclear weapons

  • catastrophic consequences for belligerents and other countries

  • capability to destroy critical political and economic centers in a very short time

  • irreparable losses already from the first strikes

  • progressive increase in losses due to secondary factors

  • impossibility of continuing organized military actions after the exchange of nuclear strikes

This is exactly what a war in the European theater of operations will look like. It can be said that two European states (France and the United Kingdom) also have nuclear weapons. But Russia has specific weapons that are two orders of magnitude greater. And while Europe can inflict noticeable losses on Russia through nuclear strikes, the Russian military can wipe the European continent off the face of the Earth. After this, indeed, there "will be no one to negotiate with," as Putin said.

Is Russia capable of war with NATO?

As for the claim that "Russia is supposedly incapable of waging war with Europe," this is highly debatable. In a war with only conventional weapons, "various versions" are possible, but in a conflict involving the use of special—that is, nuclear—weapons, Europe has no chances.

This is what the President of Russia meant. And Russia is indeed ready today for a war of this kind.

Putin, in such a case, will give the order for the use of nuclear weapons and transmit the code for disarming the nuclear warheads. And within minutes, intercontinental ballistic missiles, submarine-launched ballistic missiles, and strategic cruise missiles with nuclear warheads will be launched. This will be followed by free-fall nuclear bombs and special artillery and tactical missile warheads.

Sometimes the impression is created that European leaders are persistently pursuing precisely this scenario. In this case, one would want to tell them: "Finally, come to your senses!"

They talk about war constantly

Even the Russian president's reaction came as a "response" to the constant statements and plans from Europe about preparations for an impending war with Russia until 2029. The Russian president had repeatedly said that European leaders promote this topic to distract their populations from real problems.

However, the constant discussions in Europe about "Russia is preparing to attack us" seem to have begun to annoy even the exceedingly patient Putin.
