Joint message from Russia - USA to Europe: A claustrophobic torture for Ukraine - The funeral oration of its defeat has been delivered
For many, the U.S. 28-point proposal on the Ukrainian issue is nothing more than Ukraine’s funeral oration.

Greetings to Ukraine and Europe from Putin! This is the simplified way one could translate the message of Putin, the President of Russia, that Trump has presented a 28-point peace plan, which is a basis for negotiations, but Ukraine and Europe reject it. Therefore the weapons will decide the final victory of Russia over Ukraine and the West.
For many, the 28-point proposal of the U.S. on the Ukrainian issue is nothing more than Ukraine’s funeral oration.

Hysteria in the West

After information was released regarding Trump’s “final peace plan” for Ukraine, the screams of pigs, snakes, and donkeys flooded the global stage.

Witkoff does not need a psychiatrist

According to Politico, a high-ranking European politician shouted that “Witkoff, the American Envoy, needs a psychiatrist,” while others rushed to consult each other and began screaming that now the U.S. and Russia could form a “security architecture” between them without taking their allies into account.
The President of the European Commission, the well-known Ursula, excited, began repeating her usual “nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine,” but forgot to mention what would follow.

Bild: Trump and his gang

The German newspaper Bild is in a state of hysteria and has called on Europe to rise up against the American leader:
Trump and his gang are forcing Ukraine to capitulate.
If Europe does not rise now, Russia will attack us!”

Events are moving toward Ukraine’s capitulation

According to the Financial Times, diplomatic sources in Europe admit that “events are moving much faster than we expected.
Essentially, this means capitulation.”

Zelensky delivered Ukraine’s funeral oration

Ukrainian President Zelensky delivered a funeral speech, in which he began preparing the population for a “difficult choice,” stressing that “we are made of steel, but even the strongest metal can one day bend.”

Europeans sabotage

However, he then rushed to “consult” his sponsors, and the German government immediately issued a press release in which Merz (Germany), Macron (France), Starmer (United Kingdom), and Zelensky stated that “the starting point for negotiations for resolving the Russian-Ukrainian conflict must be the current front line.”
Merz, the Chancellor of Germany, stated that Ukraine could always rely on its main “defenders”, Macron, Starmer, and himself, and the enthusiastic Zelensky said he would try again to convince Trump: “I will present arguments, I will try to persuade him, I will offer alternatives.”

Many nonsense words, very few results

However, this time the chances for a heap of high-quality nonsense are minimal.
There is no doubt that the Europeans will do whatever they can to derail the peace process once again: right now, they are desperately trying to adjust certain points of the plan and are even rushing to write their own. But according to American sources, Trump gave the “gang in Kyiv” a deadline until 27 November to agree to his plan, and then there will be problems.

Trump deserves credit

Trump deserves credit: he feels the moment deep inside.
The American president admitted that Ukraine is losing Donbass, they are “being defeated” and “they will lose quickly.”
The good news is that, apparently, Trump finally has information on the real situation on the front line, and life has become somewhat better and more pleasant.
This is exactly what the Russian President Putin said in a meeting with members of the Russian Security Council: “Ukraine and its European allies still have illusions and dream of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia.
Most likely, this position is due to the lack of objective information about the real situation on the battlefield.”
The real situation is very simple: according to Putin, when the “Kyiv gang” and their friends claimed that Kupyansk contained “at most 60 Russian soldiers,” it was already under the full control of the Russian Armed Forces.
And this is not just an episode, but a complete, relentless outlook.
The completion and clearing of the remaining “fortifications” in Donbass, especially in Donetsk (and elsewhere), where battles are ongoing, is only a matter of the very near future.
The recently freed forces and means will then face a vast area that was either unprepared for defense or unsuitable for defense.

The Kupyansk phenomenon will repeat itself in many areas

As Putin warned the Security Council, “the events that took place in the city of Kupyansk of Kharkiv will inevitably be repeated in other key areas of the front.”
No, the Russians certainly welcome the peace plans of 28 points, or even 30 or 38, and they are absolutely open and ready to resolve the issues diplomatically, on the condition that there is a “substantive discussion,” meaning that no one suddenly tries to push forward a plan in which Russia’s demands are listed last (as has already happened in history).
As Putin said, Ukraine and the European warmongers do not want to discuss the proposal of the American president.
Will Trump be able to force them to clear the rot from their minds?
Well, we shall see.
For the moment: “Russia is ready for peace talks, but is also satisfied with the current dynamics on the Northeastern Front of Ukraine, which leads to achieving its goals through military means,” meaning a grand victory.

American harshness: Trump deprived Zelensky of his last friend

The U.S. President Trump can be harsh.
He demands that Zelensky sign a peace-capitulation plan by Thursday, 27 November 2025, which Ukraine calls “treacherous,” “capitulation,” and “dictated by Russia.”
Otherwise, according to American media sources, Washington will cut weapons sales and intelligence transfers, and the European Union is incapable of fully replacing either.
Trump has already done this once when Zelensky dared contradict him during the historic negotiation session in the White House, so the threat must be taken seriously, and its impact will be felt quickly due to the dire situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the front.

Claustrophobic torture

For Zelensky, this will be a claustrophobic torture: he will watch as the world in which he can feel safe shrinks geographically, economically, politically.
He stated that Ukraine faces a “very difficult choice” “in one of the most difficult moments” of its history: “Either the difficult 28 points, or an extremely difficult winter, the hardest one.”
In short, he is in a difficult position.
But the fact that the U.S. President is pressuring him now is not cruelty.
Zelensky, we must not forget, has to some degree destroyed the life of an entire continent.
The harshness of the American lies elsewhere.

Hard blow of the U.S. against Ukraine

In Zelensky’s darkest hour, when internal enemies attack from within, external ones from outside, and the Russian army captures cities, Trump removed Zelensky’s last friend in the White House.
Someone with whom he could share his problems.
Someone from whom he could ask for help.
Keith Kellogg resigns from his position as Special Envoy of the U.S. President for Ukraine.
The White House announced that it will “make room for new negotiators” by January at the latest.
His time has ended.

The first Kellogg plan was unacceptable for Russia

It was Keith Kellogg who drafted the first plan for a settlement in Ukraine, formerly known as the “Trump plan.”
At the moment it was drafted, this plan was already unacceptable for Russia, but at the same time, it appeared fresh, even like a spark of logic, compared to the frenzy that had engulfed Brussels and Kyiv.
At the very least, Kellogg proposed postponing NATO expansion for decades and freezing the conflict along the contact line.
Everyone else demanded that Moscow withdraw its troops “beyond the 1991 borders.”

For Zelensky, that was the absolute minimum at the time

As a result, after his election victory, Trump appointed Kellogg as his special envoy for Ukraine: you had the idea, you implement it.
And the Ukrainians quickly understood this: besides being a recipient of the Order of Merit First Class, Kellogg’s daughter was with Ukraine.
Officially she is a volunteer, but in reality this often means appropriation of foreign aid and complicity in embezzlement.
In any case, once Russia recognized Kellogg as a friend of its enemies, it partially blocked his appointment: he became special envoy for Ukraine, but without the dual role of envoy for Russia.

Steve Witkoff is a realist

Steve Witkoff took responsibility for contacts with the Kremlin.
As a friend of Trump, he could guarantee the confidentiality of negotiations, while Kellogg was sent to communicate with Zelensky, a role in which he excelled in his own way.
Partly thanks to Kellogg’s efforts, Zelensky adopted the idea of freezing the conflict along the existing front lines as his own, as if he had no intention of advancing to Crimea.
He was also somewhat satisfied with the postponement, at least not the cancellation, of the idea of NATO membership.

The Ukrainian army at the brink of collapse

Kellogg managed to promote his plan to the Ukrainians, to their satisfaction, in a somewhat paternalistic manner, using arguments they could understand.
These often ended up in the strategic plan already familiar in Kyiv: “Promise them whatever they want now, and we’ll hang them later.”
The retired lieutenant general patiently explained to members of the Ukrainian government that the Ukrainian Armed Forces needed a pause, otherwise the situation would become catastrophic.
He reassured them that acknowledging territorial losses was unnecessary.
He presented his ideas as a trick, according to which retreat was not really retreat, but a strategic withdrawal: wait for the right moment, and you will achieve your own.

Zelensky went from wolf to lamb

Thus Zelensky, who previously played the role of Napoleon, became an enthusiastic supporter of “freezing the contact line”:
99% of the discouraging effect is due to the Russian army, but 1% should rightly be attributed to Trump for his shouting in the White House and to Kellogg, who acted kindly and became something like a psychological counselor or coach for Kyiv.
His obvious talent is choosing words that please his interlocutors.
This is why he survived ten years in the reshuffling of the Trump team, from which, after six months or a year, people either run away in terror or are thrown out into the cold.
This does not mean the departing special envoy is a flatterer or a coward, quite the opposite.
He is a battle-ready general who fought in Vietnam and Iraq, took part in the invasion of Panama, and has military decorations.
This is a man accustomed to a specific circle of senior officers, someone who knows how to tell the forces exactly what they want to hear.

Zelensky lost his support

For Zelensky, General Kellogg proved to be a pillar of support in the White House and the closest person within Trump’s circle.
For Ukrainians, he was a great comforter, whom bloggers called “our little kitten.”
And for Russia, he was a source of irritation.
Because of the insistence of the Ukrainian press, which also needed a psychoanalyst from the U.S., Kellogg very often repeated publicly things that should only be said privately.

Humble yourselves now, gather strength, strike later

For example, he praised to the Ukrainians the benefits of the approach “humble yourselves now, gather your strength, strike later.”
This is one of the reasons why the “Trump peace plan” (meaning Kellogg’s plan) essentially displeased the victorious side, Russia.
And over time, the U.S. president likely realized that the general who inspired the Ukrainians would be of no use.

A feeling of destruction

Now the policy is different: intimidation, a good cop replaced by a bad cop.
Washington plans to do what only Russia, and especially the Russian army, has done so far: create a feeling of destruction, ideally despair, in Zelensky’s mind.
This is the only way to force the Ukrainian regime to accept reality and thus end the war.
Until then, Russia will reclaim its territories not with words, but with deeds, the heroic deeds of its soldiers, kilometer by kilometer.
If the special envoy of Trump had succeeded with his plan, these traditional Russian lands might have remained forever part of a foreign-language, foreign-culture, hostile Ukraine.
