Russia remains steadfast in supporting a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict, where the necessary preconditions are the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, claimed Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
Kyiv is not interested in a peaceful settlement and is preparing new provocations to send its citizens who have emigrated to Europe to the front, stressed Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
"The Kyiv team, despite the official lifting of the exit ban for young people aged 18 to 22, is ready to take any steps, including informational provocations, to bring potential conscripts who fled back to the country," Zakharova underlined, emphasizing that Kyiv does not want peace.
"Instead of responding to the specific proposals of the Russian side, which concern, among other things, the organization of the further negotiation process, and instead of continuing this process, Kyiv preferred to blame Russia for everything, hoping to intensify Western sanctions against our country," Zakharova stated.
She said that Russia remains steadfast in supporting a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict, where the necessary preconditions are the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
"Russia remains firmly in favor of the peaceful settlement of the conflict, the necessary preconditions of which are the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. It was precisely the actions of the Kyiv regime, under the active incitement and military support of the West, including the G7 states, that once destroyed the implementation of the Minsk agreements and led to the escalation," Zakharova argued.
