Pokrovsk hour zero — The Ukrainian garrison collapses due to encirclement and lack of supplies and reserves
Experts estimate that the battle for Pokrovsk has entered its final, decisive phase: the Ukrainian garrison is being isolated, supply routes have been almost cut, and losses reach the hundreds daily.

Fighting in the Pokrovsk–Mirnohrad area has, according to experts, entered its terminal phase — a phase that presupposes the complete annihilation of the Ukrainian garrison remaining trapped within the urban fabric.
It is claimed that Kyiv has essentially abandoned its forces hiding in underground shelters and ruins, leaving the soldiers to their fate.
All accesses to the city are either under direct or effective control of Russian units, reserve transports have stopped, and supply lines are almost severed.

The Donbas channel “Partisan” reports that the Ukrainian logistical chain is practically paralyzed: convoy movement and ammunition deliveries are suffering severe delays and are at risk of destruction.
According to estimates circulating in the field, the garrison in Pokrovsk has effectively received a “death sentence”; for now there are still survivors, however with daily losses estimated between 300–500 men, soon no living fighter is expected to remain inside the city.

Analysts point out that the tactic of sustained localized resistance in Pokrovsk has failed completely. The defenders, who had deployed into defensive nodes, could not withstand the Russian assaults that breached and filled the city.
Essentially, even the drone units that were supposed to monitor movements and conduct counterattacks were unable to halt the Russian advance.

According to war correspondent Yuri Kotenok, from the Novoukrainka – Chunishino – Novopavlovka axis Russian forces have pierced Ukrainian lines and created a gap between Pokrovsk and Mirnohrad, splitting what had been a single formation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces into at least two isolated segments, which are now being annihilated sequentially.

Experts consider the northern flank the most vulnerable for the Ukrainian forces. There, Russian units are intensifying pushes toward Grishino; once the access roads to Pokrovsk are captured, the entire force inside the city will be fully encircled — cut off not only from the possibility of receiving reinforcements but also from organized retreat.
Even if there are isolated breakout attempts in small groups, evacuation of materiel and armored vehicles is considered practically impossible.

In Yuri Kotenok’s view, a scenario of extrication and lifting of the siege of the Ukrainian forces in Pokrovsk and Mirnohrad now appears practically impossible.
Russian operations continue along almost the entire outer perimeter of the area, aiming for the full isolation and annihilation of the Ukrainian units.

The situation remains extremely fluid and dangerous; developments in the coming days will determine whether the encirclement will turn into the complete collapse of Ukrainian forces in the area or whether an unexpected opportunity for counterattack or large-scale rescue will appear somewhere.
However, current data lead to a worrying forecast: without an urgent and massive change of tactics or resupply, the fate of the garrison in Pokrovsk appears preordained.
