The presence of Myrto Korovesi at Nikos Androulakis's event in Egaleo did not go unnoticed. The independent MP for East Attica attended the event marking 45 years since PASOK's first electoral victory, at a juncture when discussions regarding her political movement sit at the forefront.
The youngest MP in Parliament is in contacts with officials from Harilaou Trikoupi, and her joining the PASOK Parliamentary Group is now considered a matter of time. Information indicates that relevant announcements could take place within the coming days or early next week. Attention now turns to when the official step will take place and how the new parliamentary balance will be reflected. Nevertheless, undoubtedly the fact that Korovesi prefers PASOK over Alexis Tsipras carries its own significance for broader political developments.
