FG Europe is entering a new phase of international expansion following a strategic agreement concluded with Beijer Ref, one of the leading global groups in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC sector). The deal significantly reinforces the international orientation of FG Europe, as the company will leverage Beijer Ref's extensive network, which spans 45 countries. Beijer Ref is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and boasts a market capitalization exceeding $7 billion, highlighting the group's scale and global reach.

From Greece to 10 European markets

FG Europe holds a 40-year presence in Greece and has developed business operations across 10 European countries. Through this new strategic partnership, the company aims to broaden its global footprint by capitalizing on the presence and capabilities of Beijer Ref in international markets. At the center of this new strategy lie international expansion, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. The collaboration with a global leader in the HVAC industry creates, according to the company, the foundation for the next phase of development for FG Europe and for strengthening its presence outside Greece.

New generation in the management of FG Europe

Hand-in-hand with the strategic agreement, FG Europe is initiating a leadership transition, marking the pass of the baton to the next generation of corporate management. Athanasios K. Feidakis assumes the duties of Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and Commercial Director, taking on a leading role in management as well as shaping the company's commercial and growth strategy. At the same time, the founder and chairman of FG Europe, Georgios Feidakis, remains in his position, ensuring continuity in the strategic direction and core values of the firm. This development signifies a seamless leadership transition, with the new generation taking on heightened responsibilities while founding leadership continues to play an active role.

International expansion in focus

With the Beijer Ref deal and the simultaneous strengthening of its executive structure, FG Europe sets the groundwork for a new growth trajectory. The company, already maintaining a substantial footprint in Greece and European markets, is now pivoting even more toward the international market, aiming to exploit new opportunities unlocked by partnering with one of the world's largest HVAC groups. According to FG Europe, the new strategy marks a new chapter in its history, with its sights firmly set on further business expansion and reaching higher growth objectives.
