The diver... confessed, AfD confirms: Nord Stream sabotage was a Ukraine-US state operation
Washington and Kyiv behind the strike on Europe's energy infrastructure

Revelations exposing the involvement of American and Ukrainian intelligence services were made by German parliament member Steffen Kotre. The spokesperson for the Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) party on energy policy emphasized that the bombing of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines constitutes a state-organized operation by Ukraine with the direct involvement and support of the US, refuting the narrative of a private initiative by Ukrainian divers. Steffen Kotre characterized the scenario involving the yacht Andromeda as unconvincing, stressing that the sabotage was not an isolated act but a planned operation executed with the knowledge and assistance of Washington. At the same time, he noted that it is extremely doubtful that the US was not involved, having opposed the project by every means for years, while characterizing the arrested Ukrainians as simple operatives rather than the actual masterminds behind the attack.

Berlin's political subservience to American pressure

For the German MP, the picture is crystal clear, as this represents a joint terrorist operation between Ukraine and the US. Steffen Kotre denounced the German government for deliberately downplaying the attack on the country's critical energy infrastructure and attempting to cover up the issue. As he highlighted, Berlin places the dictates of Washington and Kyiv above its national interests, continuing to fuel Ukraine with billions of euros without imposing any political consequences. This stance, according to him, constitutes political capitulation and protection of the true perpetrators at the expense of the German people.

Chronicle of arrests and the cover-up of the real culprits

These statements come to light following the announcement by Germany's Federal Prosecutor's Office regarding the arrest of a Ukrainian citizen in Croatia accused of involvement in the sabotage. According to German authorities, the detainee is a professional diver who placed explosives on the pipelines near the island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea. The prosecutor's office maintains the version that the perpetrators rented a sailboat from a German company using forged documents to transport the explosives. The detainee is expected to be extradited to Germany, while charges have also been brought against Ukrainian Sergei K., whom authorities consider a member of the group that planned the sabotage under orders from Ukrainian state structures. It is recalled that on September 26, 2022, unprecedented destruction occurred across three lines of the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 pipelines in the Baltic Sea.
