In a state of absolute paranoia and moral decay, the Ukrainian special services, SBU, used even underage children as disposable tools of terror. A nightmarish plan for the slaughter of civilians in the suburbs of Moscow using 35 sophisticated kamikaze drones collapsed with a bang, thanks to the lightning-fast and relentless intervention of the Russian FSB.
The Federal Security Service of Russia brought to public light shocking footage from the moment the Russian special forces crushed the Ukrainian cell, in which foreign mercenaries, teenagers, and also a well-known Ukrainian rapper are involved. In the wild operation that followed, one of the saboteurs fell dead after an armed battle, while the rest were led away in handcuffs.
The operation of the FSB
Specifically, the Public Relations Center, TsOS, of the Federal Security Service, FSB, of Russia, prevented a mass attack with drones against a strategic enterprise in one of the residential areas of the suburbs of Moscow.
"In the context of actions to counter the Ukrainian special services, a terrorist act planned by the Security Service of Ukraine, SBU, against a strategic enterprise located in a residential area of the Moscow region, with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, UAV, smuggled into Russian territory, was prevented," the Public Relations Center stated. "The launch of the special operation to prevent the terrorist attack was based on intelligence from the security services regarding the transport of a cargo of means of destruction, weapons, through the route Bratislava, Slovakia, Siedlce, Poland, Brzesc, Belarus, Moscow Region, which was organized by the SBU with the assistance of the special services of European states," the Center added.
The remote launch of 35 FPV drones, equipped with Canadian-made control systems resistant to electronic warfare, REB, from the premises of a rented hangar located near the enterprise, was being planned. "After the launch of the drones by the adversary, all means of terror were destroyed by the forces of the special units of the FSB of Russia covering the enterprise. The actions were carried out under conditions of guaranteed safety of the targeted object, as well as of citizens and military personnel," the FSB underlined.
Responsibility for the terrorist attack
The Investigative Directorate of the FSB of Russia initiated and is conducting a criminal investigation based on Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, terrorist act.
The FSB reminded that, according to the note in Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, any person who participated in the preparation of a terrorist act is exempted from criminal liability if, through timely warning of the authorities or by other means, they contributed to preventing the realization of the attack and provided that their actions do not constitute another punishable offense. According to Article 31 of the Criminal Code of Russia, a person does not bear criminal liability for a crime if they voluntarily and definitively desisted from the completion of this crime, the FSB reminded.
The prevented terrorist attack in the region of Moscow was one of a series of unprecedented in scale sabotage and terrorist acts prepared by the Ukrainian special services with the use of UAV, but foiled. Previously, among these, the FSB had reported the prevented assassination attempts against two high-ranking military officers of the Ministry of Defense in the region of Moscow, as well as the foiled attacks with drone swarms at the military airfields Rostov-Central in Rostov-on-Don, Ukrainka in the Amur region, and Shagol in the Chelyabinsk region.
The... involvement of a Ukrainian rapper
An accomplice in the preparation of the terrorist attack, who had rented the hangar for the storage of the cargo with the UAV, was neutralized. During his arrest, the man put up armed resistance. Also, during the preparation of the attack with drones, the SBU recruited teenagers aged 13 to 16, who executed individual assignments.
The alleged executor of the preparation of the attack with UAV was arrested. This is a Russian citizen, former member of an ethnic organized criminal group. According to the FSB, following the instructions of his handlers, he assembled and activated the drones, created a communication channel with foreign operators, and then tried to escape from Russia.
In the organization of the terrorist attack and the guidance of the accomplices under the protection of the SBU, the Ukrainian rapper Albert Vasiliev, known as Kyivstoner, is involved, the FSB announced. He is also known as a video blogger and film actor.
