The American investment banks Goldman Sachs and Bank of America have finally found two American funds that do not have a presence in Greece and possess a long-term investment strategy to invest 300 and 350 million, respectively, in Aktor's 650 million euro capital increase. The capital increase will take place with the waiver of pre-emption rights by old shareholders, which means that all existing shareholders will undergo proportional dilution, while the two funds from the US will acquire 19% to 20% of Aktor's share capital, and Winex Investments (Bakos, Kaymenakis, Exarchou) will hold 29.5% to 30% of the share capital, down from 39.5%. The 650 million euro capital increase of Aktor is 100% secured. While all this is interesting, one of the American funds will occupy us a lot in the future.
