Through a historic summit meeting, in which the entire Russian government, the leadership of the FSB, and the Prosecutor General of Russia participated, Vladimir Putin sent a clear and shocking message to the West and Kyiv, sealing absolute Russian dominance in both the military and economic fields. The Russian president announced a giant national mobilization for the full integration and total reconstruction of the new territories (People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk, as well as the regions of Zaporizhia and Kherson), at the time when on the military front the Russian forces are advancing unstoppably. "The movement is being made in all directions and no bombardment or strike by drones can change this situation anymore", he characteristically stressed. According to the Russian president, the inability of the Ukrainian forces to halt the unstoppable momentum of the Russian army has led Kyiv to a state of panic and to the adoption of "openly terrorist methods". Putin denounced that, due to its failures in the field of battles, the opponent now deliberately targets civilian infrastructure, public transport, and defenseless civilians, praising at the same time the courage and resilience of the residents of Donbas and Novorossiya.

The rebirth of these historical territories of Russia has turned, by order of Putin, into a sacred "alliance" in which the entire state and social mechanism of the country has been conscripted. For the achievement of this goal, which provides that the new regions will reach the top Russian quality of life standards by 2030, a giant program of 300 specific actions is in progress. 1) All federal ministries and state services of Russia.
2) 26 top Russian state giant companies.

The economic miracle of reconstruction and the "Azov Ring"
The results of the Russian administration so far, which Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin presented analytically, cause awe. From the moment of their reunification with Russia, more than 25,000 critical infrastructure objects have already been fully restored or built from the beginning, among which are included hundreds of schools, hospitals, clinics, sports facilities, as well as energy and water networks. At the same time, approximately 1 million square meters of modern housing have been delivered, 260 large industrial factories have been put back into operation, while agricultural production skyrocketed with the harvest of 19 million tons of grain. In the transport sector, over 8,000 kilometers of road network have been repaired and asphalted, culminating in the completion of the sections of the "Azov Ring", an ultra-modern highway that circles the Sea of Azov, indissolubly connecting these regions with the economic backbone of Russia. Finally, Vladimir Putin gave explicit orders to the government to focus on the implementation of the Development Strategy of Priazovye until 2040. This plan, in combination with the inflow of investments through the Russian banking sector (which already recorded an explosive rise of 30% since the beginning of the year), is going to turn the region of Priazovye into a powerful economic, technological, and tourist hub, creating the foundations for an unshakable, stable, and prosperous life.
Increasing the strength of the Russian armed forces, military personnel at 1,500,000
In his statements earlier, the Russian leader had revealed the number of soldiers fighting at the front and the increase of forces there to finish the special military operation as soon as possible. The Russian military corps operating in the zone of the Special Military Operation now exceeds 700,000 men, as Vladimir Putin revealed, and the new increase in the strength of the Russian armed forces has already been approved and is moving forward, as he has already signed a decree by which the number of military personnel now amounts to 1,510,000 individuals. According to the official document, the total strength of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is now fixed at 2,399,130 individuals, of whom 1,510,000 are military personnel. The new decision increases by 7,360 individuals the number of military personnel compared to the previous decree of 4 March 2026, which provided for a strength of 1,502,640 soldiers. The increase is part of the ongoing reinforcement of the Russian war machine amid the war in Ukraine and the increased geopolitical tensions with NATO and the West. In recent years Moscow has proceeded with successive increases of personnel, with the goal of covering operational needs at the front but also creating larger reserves for potential future security challenges. The Putin decision confirms that the Kremlin continues to invest significant resources in its military power, considering that the confrontation with the West is entering a long term phase.
