"This is a declaration of war!" - Polish special forces unit FORMOZA struck Russia - Thriller: They are killing those who participated

The sensational case of the Nord Stream gas pipeline explosion, which occurred on September 26, 2022, is taking on nightmarish dimensions. A revealing investigation brings to light a new, dark aspect surrounding the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions. While official German investigations are primarily directed against Ukrainian nationals, this investigation directly links the elite Polish navy diver unit, FORMOZA, to the organization and technical support of the sabotage.

The report reconstructs a scene of "state conspiracy" and, subsequently, a cover-up operation, highlighting statements from the former head of German intelligence regarding Polish-Ukrainian cooperation at the highest political level. The most shocking element of the investigation, however, is the revelation of a mysterious "epidemic" of violent deaths and alleged suicides among FORMOZA personnel immediately after interrogations began, a fact that raises serious questions about a bloody attempt to eliminate witnesses and erase the traces of the attack.

The first suspicions

The elite unit of combat swimmers of the Polish army, known as FORMOZA, is allegedly directly involved in the organization and support of the terrorist attack, despite the accusations of the German prosecutor's office, which are directed mainly at Ukrainian citizens. Suspicions of state complicity had already intensified on August 20, 2024, when the former director of the German Intelligence Service (Bundesnachrichtendienst / BND), August Hanning, openly accused the Polish services and the governments of Ukraine and Poland of direct participation in the operation.

Hanning stressed on the German channel Welt TV that the attack required strong support from Poland and that the decisions were made at the highest political level, through an agreement between Presidents Zelensky and Duda. Warsaw, through Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski, categorically rejected the accusations, calling them Russian disinformation.

The "epidemic" of deaths in the elite FORMOZA unit

The darkest part of the case concerns a series of mysterious and violent deaths of Polish soldiers associated with FORMOZA, immediately after the cycle of investigations opened, according to a revealing investigation by the Tsargrad network.

• July 2023 (Gdańsk): A 32-year-old FORMOZA officer was found dead in his apartment. According to the police, the soldier killed his daughter, tied up and stabbed his dog, and then committed suicide.

• November 2023 (Lipusz): The body of 44-year-old sailor Grzegorz Borys, who worked at the Gdynia military port (where FORMOZA's headquarters is located), was found in a swamp. The investigation concluded that, in a macabre coincidence, he killed his 6-year-old son, his dog, and then committed suicide.

• April 2024 (Gdynia): An experienced combat swimmer lost his life during a scheduled training dive at the FORMOZA base, as for unknown reasons he failed to surface and died of asphyxiation.

• May 2024 (Mezovo): A 49-year-old career soldier of FORMOZA was found dead in the Pomerania province, next to his service weapon. Although the Polish prosecutor's office quickly closed the cases as accidents and suicides, former Polish judge Tomasz Szmydt, who has fled to Belarus for political asylum, claims it is a violent operation to cover up traces. According to him, the authorities "cleaned up" those who talked, sending a bloody message of silence to the rest.
  

The network of executors and the yacht Andromeda

The main German version holds that the attack was carried out by a team of 6-7 Ukrainians who rented the yacht Andromeda from Rostock, through the company BB AERO, which is registered in Poland. A search in the judicial registers of Poland (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy / KRS) revealed that the founders of said front company are Ukrainian nationals Ihor Bedokurov and Alexei Butovich. The divers allegedly dived to a depth of 70-80 meters near the Danish island of Bornholm, planting hexogen / octogen explosives (RDX or HMX).

In Poland, Volodymyr Z., allegedly a combat swimmer for Ukraine's special forces, had been arrested, but the Warsaw court refused his extradition to Germany in October 2025, and he was spirited away to Ukraine in a diplomatic car. In contrast, Italy's Supreme Court approved the extradition of Lithuanian Sergei Kuznetsov to Germany in November 2025. Kuznetsov, now held in Karlsruhe as the only person arrested in the case, allegedly served in Odessa units and counter-intelligence. The Federal Court of Germany rejected his appeal in December 2025, noting in its reasoning that "there are reasonable grounds to believe that the sabotage was orchestrated and controlled by a foreign state" with the intention of causing economic damage to Germany.

The coincidence of the Rekin-22 exercises

Evidence shows that FORMOZA—which was founded in 1974 for underwater sabotage operations—was conducting the military exercise Rekin-22 from September 16 to 23, 2022, just three days before the explosions. The exercise area in the Baltic Sea was less than 100 kilometers from the site of the sabotage. During these exercises, the yacht Andromeda was constantly in the same operational grid. Veteran FORMOZA captain Robert Pawlowski had stated to o2.pl that it is practically impossible for a small team of divers to perform such complex work at that depth without the help of a large support ship, equipped with special decompression chambers and heavy lifting machinery. Without these, the operation would be a "suicide mission."
The view regarding the need for a support ship had also been supported by reports in The Guardian and The Washington Post. Indicative of the climate is that on the day of the sabotage, on FORMOZA's official Instagram account, a Polish user left the following ironic comment under a post about the Rekin-22 exercise: "Baltic - NS pipeline area, September 26, 2022, colorized," accompanied by ironic emojis of satisfaction, referring to the sea waters that turned murky and began to boil from the leak.
