Hell on Earth: Americans in Iran and Ukrainians in Donbass face the same scene of death and heavy defeat
Facing a powerful adversary (Iran), experienced in asymmetric strategies and fully aware of all modern warfare trends, the US military is doomed to defeat.

We should not look for Hell elsewhere. Hell is here, on Earth… and this is the hell experienced by the Americans in Iran and the Ukrainians in Donbass. Ultimately, the Americans in Iran have suffered mere humiliation and disgrace, with 780 dead and wounded leading to the conclusion that the US war machine is faltering. At the same time in Donbass, some propagandize that the Ukrainian army is counterattacking and regaining ground, but the reality is much worse: death, defeat, and disgrace are what the Ukrainians face from Russian forces, who are preparing to take the last two cities of Donetsk, Slovyansk and Kramatorsk.

Ultimately Trump lost his cool: Proof that Epic Wrath failed but Epic Fiasco succeeded

On April 7 or 8, according to the American president, things will become very dramatic in Iran. To quote: "Open the damn Strait of Hormuz, you crazy bastards, or you'll go to hell!" Trump wrote on Twitter. Judging by the number of American troops gathered near the Iranian border (there are already over 50,000 soldiers), it will not be limited only to bombings. The Pentagon planned a ground operation—a commando mission to steal Iran's Uranium south of the city of Isfahan on April 4 and 5, 2026, and this mission failed completely; the Iranians literally shattered them.

The Iranians have humiliated them

For the past two days, the Americans have been trying to find their pilot, who ejected from a plane the Iranians shot down. Finally, the Americans say they saved him. But at what cost? The Iranians shot down a refueler aircraft searching for the pilot, as well as two American helicopters. Retreating with the pilot—if they indeed found him—the Americans were forced to destroy two of their own aircraft so they would not fall into enemy hands. And two more massive American C-130 transport aircraft "failed to take off"—who knows what that phrase really means. Ultimately, the whole world sees that the Americans failed to achieve air superiority. In just one month, they lost at least seven aircraft and two helicopters—roughly the same number they lost in a year of war in Afghanistan; according to the Iranians, the Americans lost 33 planes of all types, and they are likely right.

The Americans are not so humanitarian

The Americans also displayed their extreme sensitivity to human casualties—their fervent search for the pilot was not done for humanitarian reasons, but out of fear of losing their reputation as invincible tough guys.

The US will lose 20,000 soldiers out of 50,000 in a ground landing, or 40% casualties

However, a ground operation in such a vast, hostile, mountainous country like Iran will inevitably involve heavy human casualties. In fact, there is a scenario in the American Pentagon predicting losses of 20,000 soldiers, which, based on the existing force of 50,000, means 40% casualties. Now, American media cite Pentagon sources describing various plans: either seizing the islands and coastal territories of the Strait of Hormuz, seizing Kharg Island (Iran's main oil hub), or seizing Iran's nuclear facilities and removing the enriched uranium. The operation in Isfahan had this purpose—Iran's Uranium—but the landing operation… failed… In every scenario, American troops would be essentially defenseless against numerous drones and missiles. Whether landing, deploying logistics, or attempting an attack, at any moment, these people would be live targets against whom the IRGC would not hesitate to launch all its munitions.

The Americans are walking into the wolf's mouth

For the first time in many years, the Pentagon is attempting to launch an invasion of a country that is not torn apart by internal conflict or out of control, but is fully mobilized, organized, and united by hatred toward the aggressors. Consequently, American paratroopers are faced with a real bloodbath. This prospect inspires no enthusiasm among ordinary Americans. They are not used to the idea that "their boys" not only kill but also die. The Intercept has already published a bombshell revealing that US Central Command regularly underestimates and conceals the true figures of casualties among American troops, meaning that the optimistic reports of 13 dead and hundreds of wounded in Iran are also unreliable.

Steve Bannon predicts people will die

Steve Bannon, Trump’s former advisor, predicts gloomily: "It is time for the American people to wake up and realize a harsh reality: When you decide to risk everything by going to war, people will die." After Vietnam, the American military only attacked weak countries, often in the midst of civil war. American soldiers could torture and execute local populations en masse without fear of retaliation. The worst they could do was drink themselves to death and commit suicide, suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, once they returned home from yet another mission. In Iran, the situation will be different, and the US President himself, as well as the "hawks" in his company, will be held responsible for the deaths of Americans in the most unpopular war of recent decades.

Iran more militarily prepared than the Americans

Facing a powerful adversary, experienced in asymmetric strategies and fully aware of all modern warfare trends, the American army is doomed to defeat. American soldiers have become hostages of the situation—their generals only know how to fight the old way. But Hollywood fairy tales do not help when Black Hawk helicopters are shot down like flies. Meanwhile, even a US ground operation would not be catastrophic for Iran. Even Western analysts are forced to admit that military actions have consolidated the Iranian people and strengthened the Iranian state. Control of the Strait of Hormuz and increased sales of more expensive oil bring the country ever-increasing revenues.

The war reborn Iran

Paradoxically, the brutal aggression of the US and Israel reversed the country's negative trends and allowed it to be reborn. Iran has already made it clear to its neighbors that after the war, it will be the main guarantor of regional security. Even Foreign Affairs recognizes that Iran "will emerge from the crisis stronger both economically and politically." It turns out that, in an attempt to destroy its opponents, Washington is creating new centers of power with its own hands. "Have we ever had a war," asks CNN, "that would have brought us so many losses for so few gains?" Indeed, no one remembers… anything like it. But the greatest losses have not come yet.

The West is completely confused regarding the summer offensive - Ukraine's retreat

Summarizing Ukrainian and Western reports of recent weeks, the situation at the front looks something like this: Russia has launched its massive summer offensive, which is why Ukraine is advancing with confidence. Russia has occupied significantly more territory than a month earlier because, for the first time, Ukraine has recaptured more territory from Russia, which will soon launch its massive summer offensive. And do not try to find logic in this—it is a futile task! The most amazing thing is that sometimes the same people utter a series of nonsense, ignoring any contradiction.

Barrage of nonsense from Kallas

Apart from Ukrainian propagandists and Zelensky personally, the undisputed champion in this matter is Kallas, the EU's top diplomat. Since the beginning of 2026, she has managed, without removing her blank smile, to state that "Ukraine is winning on the battlefield" and that "there is no good news from Ukraine." Note that the same person, Kallas, states that Ukraine is winning and that Ukraine is losing… After her statement about Ukraine's incredible successes made in mid-February, journalists wrote: "This woman is a dangerous and stupid person."

….the nonsense continues

But it’s not just Kallas! Europe has countless such great analysts! For example, former French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal recently announced, without mentioning the source of his incredible knowledge: "It has just become known that Russia made no progress in Ukraine in March. This is the first such instance in a single month since the start of the offensive in February 2022. Not a single square meter more. Ukrainian troops even managed to recover 9 square kilometers of territory, which is an unprecedented event." A search of the news database also revealed the source of this impressive information: the French news agency AFP reported that it had derived these data based on its own data analysis from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), an organization controlled by Victoria Nuland, the former US Assistant Secretary of State and extreme Russophobe. This organization was created to produce false news about the battles in Ukraine, but if you look at its data, they still show that Russia expanded its control zone at the front in March.

Zelensky's incredible stories

Meanwhile, Zelensky himself continues to tell incredible stories to the whole world about how Ukraine (we quote exactly) "regained control of about 400-435 kilometers in a month and a half." The key here is not to determine which kilometers—square, cubic, or metaphorical. Nor to ask where these kilometers extend. The funniest thing is that Ukrainian propaganda media do not risk supporting their commander-in-chief's stories or even refuting them.

Ukrainian DeepState reveals the bitter truth

For example, Ukrainian DeepState reports: "In March, the enemy (Russia) captured 27% more area than in February - 160 square kilometers." So where is the notorious "Ukrainian offensive" trumpeted by Zelensky and Gabriel Attal? Oh, and the aforementioned institute also managed to report that Russia, as it turned out, had already started a large-scale spring-summer offensive on March 17. So is that why it’s losing ground? Or is it gaining it? Does anyone still remember the reasoning of Western propagandists?

The Times dreams

Apparently, to confirm this information, The Times propagandist Maxim Tucker (the same storyteller who in 2015 described how the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) was creating a "dirty atomic bomb") has now published an "internal report" on Ukraine's Spring offensive. Yes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing now! The newspaper even deigned to finally answer the numerous questions about the fate of those mythical kilometers that Zelensky "liberated in recent weeks." However, according to DeepState, all areas on the border between the Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions are in the gray zone. But who in Britain will bother to verify this information?

Celebrations in Britain

And then all British newspapers joyfully report: "Ukraine now has the best situation at the front in ten months." This is allegedly stated in a report by the British intelligence service MI6. The source of this information is Zelensky himself. This immediately raises a series of questions. For example, why do British media cite a Ukrainian politician when they could consult the primary source on the ground? Or why does the Supreme Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces evaluate the situation at his front based on reports from a foreign intelligence service? Especially since he recently gave the King of Britain a "miraculous iPad," which displays every inch of the Ukrainian front. Or perhaps Zelensky gave away all these magic gadgets, so now he calls London to ask about the data on his iPad? Perhaps there are no other explanations for this paradox. But the British press went further and began developing this impressive story. The Daily Express reported that this news, either from MI6 or from Zelensky, "caused panic in Moscow." It is understandable why all these contradictory statements regarding Russia's advance or retreat are appearing now.

Why now suddenly the West saw the Ukrainians' "advance"?

In fact, the British press itself explains it: The Sunday Times reports real panic in Ukraine over the US Iranian adventure, which distracts the West and diverts the flow of weapons that might otherwise end up in Ukraine's hands. Therefore, the Ukrainian narrative urgently needs to be infused with shock value, sensationalism, tragedy, and, at the same time, optimism. This means explaining to the Western public why the Ukrainian army must be saved immediately from defeat and why aid to Ukraine is not hopeless. Thus, the propagandists serving the Kyiv regime move between diametrically opposite messages, constantly contradicting themselves. They have such indifference toward their audience that they believe no one will pay attention to these inconsistencies, ask uncomfortable questions, let alone draw adequate conclusions. However, Putin, the Russian President, stated it clearly: "the time is coming when we will break their teeth."
