The unconstitutional president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he did not make any complaint about American pressure and did not lie to anyone, responding to accusations of falsehoods launched by the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio, as reported by UNIAN on Telegram.
“I never said that the Americans are pressuring us. We already understand what is happening. I did not lie to anyone. Everyone can see who is the aggressor in this situation and who is pressuring whom. It does not need to be said out loud,” the Ukrainian leader stated.
He added that he had expressed only a small part of what was happening in the negotiations between Ukraine and the United States.
Earlier, the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio had stated that the claims of the Ukrainian leader, that Washington allegedly demanded the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donbass in exchange for security guarantees, did not correspond to reality.
Rubio’s bombshell: “Zelensky is lying about Donbass”
The claim of the Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, according to which Washington demanded the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donbass in exchange for security guarantees, is proven unfounded, according to Marco Rubio.
The American Secretary of State Marco Rubio directly accused the Ukrainian leader of lies, in statements on 27/3 that were broadcast by the channel DRM News on YouTube.

“It is a lie. I saw him say it and it is unfortunate that he makes such statements, because he knows it is not true. That is not what he was told,” the diplomat stated characteristically.
According to him, it was clarified to Zelensky that security guarantees will not come into effect before the conflict ends.
On 25 March, Zelensky had claimed that the United States called on Ukraine to withdraw its forces from the Donbass in exchange for security guarantees.
He estimates that the president Donald Trump continues to choose to exert greater pressure on Kyiv.
